SEND TA

Description

We are looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide daily support to a Year 1 boy.

The successful candidate will need to:

 

  • have a good understanding of SEND
  • be able to work as part of our highly committed staff team
  • have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • be able to conduct and support learning in 1:1 and small group learning situations
  • communicate assessments and evaluations of learning to the class teacher and SENDCo
  • build good relations with children, parents and staff
  • be enthusiastic, hard-working, caring, flexible and self-motivated and
  • work to support our school ethos of helping children become successful, happy, ambitious, responsible and proud
