"I think I would be a good candidate for school council because I am sensible and I am friendly. I have lots of good ideas."

Hannah - Year 2

"I like to hear people and make them feel happy and safe at school. I would be excited to be in the school council and it is fun and it is important and I've never been in school council before. Thank you."

"I have lots pf imagination and ideas. All my friends have lots of imagination and ideas as well. I have good listening skills to listen to other people. I have wanted to be in school council since mars class."

"I can think of new ways to help the school and i will ask other people what they want. I can also help with play time and football.I will help people if they are stuck. If you need I can also do interviews and my handwriting is really neat."

Merrick - Year 6

"I would like to make a difference to the school and give a chance to the people that want to make a difference and tell others what everyone would like to change or to add. It's also nice to have a word in to what goes into the school."
