Aladdin

Aladdin

The children (and the adults who went with them) all had a fantastic time on our trip to the Bristol Hippodrome yesterday to watch Aladdin. The show had a fabulous cast and orchestra, lots of laughs, amazing scenery and special effects, beautiful costumes and plenty of boos, hisses and shouts and screams from the children.

The children cheered on Aladdin and his brother Wishy Washy on their journey involving flying carpets, the Bristolian wish-granting genie and their battle with the evil sorcerer, Abanazar. One of the highlights was the magical 3D sequence, which saw us encounter dozens of scary monsters and creatures as we were transported from to Old Peking on a sensational magical carpet ride adventure to Egypt.

The children were a credit to the school and behaved so well all day.

We would like to thank all of the volunteers who gave up their time and came with us on the trip. We must also thank the School Association for continuing to support this trip each year. The children really look forward to it and everyone enjoyed it enormously: Oh Yes they did!
